2 procedures were suggested
i asked for the price
it was given along with the insurance portion
during the work
an issue with some perio work came up
that required an additional work and visist
and the end
the lady at the desk
said they would not send in 1/2 the work
to my insurance, until it was finished
so i lost about $400 in met life coverage i will never recover
then she demanded payment now
i pay all medical with a check
with a number that accumulates all medical costs
automatically at the end of the year for taxes
she asked if i could come back with a check
that afternoon
I said I would mail it when I
got home, which I did
he said she would not mail my crown work in
for completion
(hold it hostage)
until she had the money
so other than a change in diagnosis mid procedure, change in costs from entering to leaving , losing $400
benefit from met life and a unpleasant money collector
the rest was fine
My wife was going to change to Lisle Dental
she passed.
I am re-evaluating
it is
beginning to feel like dental factory
with botox? and other stuff added in

Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, you did have a unexpected variance in your treatment and we needed to wait to bill out the other procedure to your insurance company. If we had billed it out when it wasn't completed that would be insurance fraud. We are sorry we couldn't utilize more of your insurance benefits, but we did the ethical treatment and billing for you.
As far as your copayment we did go over fee's with you before your treatment was rendered. We collect all patient copay's at time of service to keep our fee's down and remain contracted with several PPO insurance's. We must pay lab fee's and other materials and insurance companies are not always quick to pay. This is not an uncommon practice for dental offices.
Finally, we do offer the best care and services to our patients. We spend time with our patients and educate them with all of the tools that we have at our disposal.
