Our goal at the Littleton Yoga Center is to offer a path to wellness through a better understanding of the body, mind, spirit connection. We offer a wide variety of Yoga classes for all levels including Vinyasa Flow, Pre-Natal, Hot, Restorative and Beginner's classes. I love the wide variety of classes offered. I also really appreciate being able to purchase a package of classes, with the ability to use them at any time. Sometimes I can't make it to the Center for a month or more, but you make it very convenient to hop back in!
