I needed a quick procedure done but my own doctor went out of town. We called around a few places but had to wait a few more days. When we called Landsman Plastic Surgery, they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I was greeted by a warm reception. Dr. Landsman greeted me as well and introduced himself professionally. Which I find that gesture is so important. It was such a quick visit but over all very friendly place. I appreciate them taking me last minute.

I returned to Dr. Landsman’s office because I have been experiencing some pain from my breast implants. I wanted to discuss options about how to fix his work and/or what the process would be to remove the implants. He came in with a fire and berated me. I work in health care and I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from any doctor nor would I ever treat my patients the way I was treated. It was a horrible experience and I’m now bringing the quotes and information to my doctor to figure out a plan to fix my implants/remove them. He did apologize at the end but it was very unprofessional and unnecessary to yell at a woman while she’s topless and in discomfort. After my meeting with him I spoke with one lady to go over my options and I told her what happened inside the room. I know this man has a reputation for being cocky and rude but he did my original surgery so I thought it was only right to go to him first with my concerns about my breasts. I will never be returning to this office.
