Problematic software / computer issues made my appointment last much longer than necessary. I didn't expect to be there for 2 hours. I am not sure I am getting any better service or care than I would at any other place, say Walmart, they have a wide selection of glasses, some much more cost efficient and I know there are several other places around town that have a much lower costing product. I don't think I feel good about continuing with Longe Optical in the future because of this. I will begin exploring other options for sure.
Another thing I don't like is how your private business is just out there. Anyone in the whole place knows what you are doing, what your bill costs, if you have insurance, etc. The girl next to me was applying for credit, I can tell you what her monthly income is, etc. That is not good!
