I've been a client of Peter's for 3+ years, and his work is absolutely excellent, finally someone who understands my hair and has seen me through various styles created by him to suit me in every way! I've also had med spa service, and mani/pedi services. All were excellent and worth the price. Yes it is more pricey than the average shop in a mall or the back of someone's house, but the staff and environment consistently exceed expectations. However on my last attempt to make an appointment I was put on several holds lasting over 15 minutes, and my messages were not returned. If the technicians weren't so wonderful, I would have given up. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence. Otherwise I would have given them a perfect score. And i jave recommended them to many friends and family. I did get an apology, but that fell a little short of making up for the time I wasted making the appointment.
