Creeana, my technician, was wonderful. Had a mani/pedi. She is at the Blandon location. Everyone there, including The technicians that give the facials are so personable. Going for a facial later this month with Meaghan (can't wait)!!!!!

My daughter & I routinely have facial waxing appoinments. Every anestichian we have met has been very nice. The available appoinment hours are very good. The salon is always clean & cheery. The front desk has had some recent personnel changes and now is not so friendly. We are always promtly greeted but the check-out and scheduling have felt rushed and the receptionist has been abrupt. My last visit she never even said Good-Bye, just got right on the phone. I think the customers deserve a little more - Lord & Ladies is not an inexspensive salon!

I really like going to Lords and Ladies. My stylist is extremely detailed when coloring / cutting / styling / my hair. I always leave the salon feeling refreshed. They give a great shampoo as well!

The only problem I have is the price. I can't afford to go as often as I could before. Life is tough - at least for now I have really cool hair! Thanks Erin M.!!!!!!

Service at the salon was 5 stars. The miscue was the email reminder coming at my appointment time. Not much help there!

I've been a client of Peter's for 3+ years, and his work is absolutely excellent, finally someone who understands my hair and has seen me through various styles created by him to suit me in every way! I've also had med spa service, and mani/pedi services. All were excellent and worth the price. Yes it is more pricey than the average shop in a mall or the back of someone's house, but the staff and environment consistently exceed expectations. However on my last attempt to make an appointment I was put on several holds lasting over 15 minutes, and my messages were not returned. If the technicians weren't so wonderful, I would have given up. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence. Otherwise I would have given them a perfect score. And i jave recommended them to many friends and family. I did get an apology, but that fell a little short of making up for the time I wasted making the appointment.
