Thank you for writing to us about your recent experience in our Gilbertsville Salon. We regret any inconvenience to you due to the prolonged wait for your technician. Please know that we do not overbook our employees or schedule a walk-in client if it will cause a client who booked in advance to have to wait. Unfortunately, longer wait times do occur when the salons are extremely busy. This occurs sometimes from a service taking longer than expected and/or due to a tightly booked (different from an overbooked) schedule. Whatever the reason in this case, please accept our sincere apology for the 1/2 hour wait you encountered. Thank you for letting us know that you have been pleased with your pedicures in the past.
