Founded in 2006 by board-certified physicians Drs. Michele Ware and Jawahar Sundaram, The Los Feliz MedSpa is dedicated to providing excellent results for nearly every skin type and budget.

After my first 2 IPL treatments did not work I was booked for a consultation with Dr Ware to discuss options going forward. I has prepaid for 3 IPL sessions. My consultation was utterly bizarre. Dr Ware was extremely defensive and erratic. She first said it was too soon to tell if it had worked then said “I mean it’s red I see it’s red but I don’t know what caused that!” Then she said proper pictures were never taken during my first section. Then she said not to get IPL until the fall but encouraged me to buy more sessions in advance. She was super angry, totally unprepared, and really unpleasant. Now I’m left with terrible redness and I don’t know what to do because I can’t get a refund. Just a terrible experience.
