I received a e-mail to make an appointment, I entered the date & time that I wanted, which was available. It did happen to be the next day.
When I showed up, they said they had no information about my appointment, and they did not have anything available. That I should have waited until I received a call from them to confirm. I was not able to wait the appointment was the next day. Web site not great for appointments.
