Not sure what is going lately but my kid's scheduling information is wrong and the dates keep changing. It's possibly a glitch in the online scheduling system. For instance, we received and email about a routine cleaning and they thought we were there for a toothache. A couple weeks before my son was scheduled back to back and had to miss 1-3rd period classes consecutively. Also, the doctors keep changing and it's hard to establish a relationship and there are times when the front desk staff aren't the friendliest. It can be as if you're inconveniencing them by being there.
