I was happy with Luminous right from the start. I called hoping to get a couples massage with just a few days notice, and they went out of their way to get me an appointment on a day I needed. Not only did they call someone in on a day off, they called me to let me know they were waiting on a response and had not forgotten about me (which I greatly appreciated).
The spa itself is beautiful, clean, professional... We were very impressed. The massage itself was of course amazing,everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and afterwards we were welcome to sit and relax as long as we wanted with no rush to get out.
I would (and will) recommend this spa to my friends and family and hope to go back soon.
