This was my first visit and my experience was overall excellent especially with my stylist. The color is high quality and I LOVE it. She took the time to match my roots and really talk with my about my goals for my hair, etc. The hair-washing station is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever been in. I was a little surprised it took 3 hours to color and trim my hair since I have short and thin hair, and normally I'm done in 2 hours at my old stylist but maybe this was unique given the color I wanted this trip.
I did feel pressured into doing the $40 Kerastase treatment. Some reviews on here state how they felt like every conversation was an upsell and I got that vibe. For the price of the color/cut, I think that pressure to rebook right now (I was asked 3x), buy products, buy the treatment, etc isn't necessary when I'm already dropping $200+ on this visit. Trust me, I love recommendations and love hair products but this was a little much. Ultimately I loved the treatment itself, it was relaxing, the hot towel is an excellent touch, and my hair is super soft-- but I wasn't really looking to spend that much on it.
I did also feel like the receptionist rushed my stylist and me out of the salon. I was still getting my hair trimmed and was being asked about booking next time and if she could have my credit card to check me out because I think she wanted to leave (it was an evening appointment). Then I had to sign the receipt, calculate tip, etc. while my stylist was in the middle of cutting my hair which was strange.

Our goal is to educate our guests on the services and products we provide. They are unique and not offered at the majority of salons so we feel education is key. At the same time, our guests should never feel pressure to purchase anything they don't feel comfortable with. I assure you we will address this with our entire team so our guest feel educated and not sold to. About the closing of your experience, during the evening our front desk will occasionally ring guests up in the chair after salon hours.
