Great customer service, I actually went there intending to use the $50 1st time discount but for some reason could not upload it at the shop, and when I got the diagnosis of my car I forgot to mention it at check out. I would like to know if there’s a possibility to get the refund. Thank you.

Just a routine oil change, they also confirmed that a small oil leak spotted the last time I was in seems to have "self-sealed". Service was prompt, customer areas clean and well organized Lusti has been around for years and maintains its reputation for excellent work at a fair, but not inexpensive price.

They specialize in servicing German made cars.

Ryan was very professional and courteous. I have been coming here for a couple decades, but not recently as my latest BMW had a 5 year maintenance free package. That’s niw over and I wanted something close to home. The work was done properly as well as quickly. However, the quality of the service has definitely dropped. No shuttle service home, no complementary car wash , which is all listed on their website as basic. The place looks deserted whereas in past years it was a thriving business. Will I return? Probably as location is good and reliable service.

We have been searching for an employee to take care of shuttle rides and car washes, but have not been able to find someone at this point. We do, luckily, have a full staff of technicians in the shop, which you are unable to see from the lobby. We appreciate your understanding during these times. We had a great experience at Lusti Motors. Our problem was solved in a timely manner and the service was very friendly. My only qualm is that an employee seemed to have snapped off the button that adjusts our mirrors and didn't say anything; once we started driving it just fell off.
