Great experience, Nathalie was an expert at the color and cut, very thorough and patient - I spent several hours with her and the results were great.
Only "complaint" is that as a follow-up to my last visit at which I was booked with a stylist who was incapable of providing the color service I requested, I was offered a 20% discount on my next visit. I forgot to mention this yesterday but when I phoned today to ask about whether or not I had been given this discount, the receptionist indicated she could find no such note in my file about the expected 20% off.
I didn't return because of the expectation of receiving the discount - I think Luxe is a good salon worth the price, but I'm a bit disappointed that a) I was offered a discount on the basis of the prior inconvenience (the stylist I was booked with refused to do color and I couldn't come back so didn't have the chance to get color done until now) b) no mention of the offered discount was made anywhere on your side in the system so it seems like I am just randomly asking for a discount and c) that I phoned to ask about this and have not heard back.
If a discount is offered, it'd be good to have a specific, concrete way to ensure I'm able to redeem it. I spent quite a bit yesterday so the 20% would be definitely appreciated.
