L-Yoga has made a positive impact on me physically, mentally and spiritually. I leave the studio with smile and a "high." The instructors are kind and I love how they teach and adjust you when needed. It's so much better of a workout when you're taught proper form. I drove by the studio for weeks and finally pushed myself to check them out online and sign up. My only regret is not joining L-Yoga sooner. I've been a member for a couple months now and my heart is getting bigger and my butt is getting smaller!:) Check them ou! You'll be happy you did. Thanks L-Yoga!
