A very pleasant experience, answered all my questions, and went above expectations during exam. Dr. Lin, Sarah, May,Diane and everyone I came into contact with we're excellent. I love everyone at Mahanes, always friendly and professional. Although I did not get the news I was hoping for, Dr. Goldstein and Julie took all the time I needed to allay any concerns I had, to answer every question I had ,and to reassure me. I was given any and all options and left feeling better. I want to say thanks and to let them know I appreciate their patience and compassion, their honesty and guidance.
Didn't appreciate the wait to pay my bill while the person helping me continued to talk on the telephone with another patient. Finally, the person in the next cubicle informed me how much I needed to pay.

I do not like your cancellation fees; 50% is very, very steep. I understand why you are implementing this policy, but a flat $20 would be more tolerable. Doctor offices typically charge a flat $40 fee for cancellations, and doctor visits vary even more so than salon visits and are a lot more expensive. If I have scheduled a cut and color that's $105, and you are expecting me to pay a $52.50 fee for an unforeseen cancellation under 24 hours notice..........? I am reconsidering continuing my services at your Reed Manning Salon only for this reason.
