This was my first time having Maid Brigade work in my home. The phone call for information & the introduction at the day of the appointment was very professional, polite & a detailed understandable description of the work was given. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home. They cleaned my entire home in a very short time & it was spotless when they were finished ! I also appreciate how they use environmentally friendly products. My home did not smell of any chemical products. I was so very impressed & happy to walk into my home. Diane and Alexei were wonderful!!! I wrote same on the mail-in card too. The kitchen and bathroom shined! They did a fabulous job on the oven even though I was not able to do the pre-treatment the day before (I was in Stamford, the keys were in Westport, the condo in Milford and it was late afternoon). They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maid Brigaides and specially Diane and Alexei to everyone! Thank you so much for coming through on such short notice - it made a world of difference to our move-in of our new/first home!

There are times the house looks great, but there are times that I find places that have not been cleaned at all or below my standards! I can usually tell when my regular team has not been here! I have asked to be told when the regular team doesn't show up, but that request hasn't been honored.
MAID BRIGADE replied:
We make every attempt to send the same team to each house. If a team member does not come to work we will send another team. We strive to maintain a high quality of cleaning that should exceed your standards. If we ever fail to do that then please call our office and we will address the issue immediately. If we need to send a team back to re-clean a area we will. The concern is always noted on our field sheet so it will not be repeated.
