All their staff is friendly...
but
There always seemed to be an extra charge over and above your insurance for something ALWAYS.
I had major dental work done a while back, they told me guaranteed not to brake. The work broke within a year and they would not fix it. That would have to come out of my pocket.
They always try to push the big ticket items on you.
