We're sorry you had to wait almost an hour. We do run late at times in our surgery center since we do work surgeries in to our schedule. We book most patients for a consultation but will work them in to the surgery rotation if their insurance allows and they are wanting to have it completed the same day. Unfortunately, this is why there can be a wait. Most patients appreciate having the treatment the same day; just as you did. It saves time and an extra visit. We're glad everything went well for you.

We apologize for the inconvenience of waiting for our doctor to come in on Monday. Unfortunately, he had an early morning Hospital emergency that was unavoidable. Sometimes this happens with Cosmetic and Maxiofacial Surgeons. We value your time and apologize this happened. As far as an appointment being cancelled, this may happen as well however, it is not routine. We value our patients and their time and want you to know it hardly ever happens. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience.
