They very kindly called me to say they were running late with the appointment, and when I showed up they had another hairdresser appointed for my time. I was very pleased with Cheryl and love my new haircut. I've been going to Protoge's for almost 15 years now, and have had maybe 3 haircuts I didn't care for. That's pretty amazing I think. Love the pre shampoo massage!
