I feel if I am going to spend $150 on getting my hair done a few things should of been better. First I had to wait 20 minuets for my stylist to get done with a walk in client. If I was to be 20 min late for my appointment they would of been mad as well. The next is the cleanliness of the stylist stations. My stylist and the stylist next to her were full of hair. Now grant it I understand some hair is normal, but it looked like this hair was imbedded and had been there for a long time. I would rather go spend my !250 elsewhere, somewhere where I know they are going to be on time and are cleaner!

In a salon, it can definitely be a challenge to keep the hair picked up. Thank you for pointing out that some house keeping is in order.
