I found Marty's Motor's online after having a serious problem/dispute with another (big chain) repair-tire store. This giant chain shop couldn't find some simple parts they claimed I needed, but I was unable to get a straight story from them as to what repairs had or hadn't been done after having my truck for 3 days. So, I took my business elsewhere.
Based on my single experience with Marty's, I am a very satisfied customer. I own a 2003 Nissan Frontier that needed a lot of work to be ready for an upcoming road-trip.
At Marty's, I got an honest assessment of my vehicle's problems, some alternate ways to solve the problems, as well as some prioritizing of the work needed. Then we discussed what I wanted done about it and what could wait for repair, using their recommendations. No hustle or pressure or sales. Then they did the work requested, on time and for a fair price.
Again, this was only my first time using this shop, but I will definitely be back for any future repair work I need.
