Shelley was the only person who would return emails or answer the phone. This is my 3rd yr with this organization and it will be the last. My first return was 500.00 and my last was 700.00. Didn't have the opportunity to review my return without being charged! Absolutely ridiculous.

Not the quality of tax return I was expecting for the price! Too many mistakes! Basically could have done the return myself with time spent on verifying and reverifying information. Not made easy for client to verify amounts. Slow to communicate until crunch time. If you do use this CPA, verify everything!! Staff seemed friendly in emails. CPA price without the CPA quality!

I've been with Mary for several years and cannot speak highly enough about my interactions with her. As she has grown, she has added members to her team and they don't seem to have the same focus on client satisfaction and communication as Mary - to the point where I did not receive relevant information in one case and was basically told "don't call us; we will call you" when simply asking for an estimated ETA on tax documents so that I could plan business travel.
