I'd like to first start off saying that I am NOT one of those people that only write reviews for NEGATIVE experiences or feedback. This however is a time I am doing just that. Before I start Id like to say Perla is an excellent masseuse and I wish she didn't work here so I could continue seeing her.
DO NOT get a membership here! I canceled my membership and was verbally told when my last draft would be, but not told my last credit had to be used within 30 days of the last draft. I tried to use my credit and cannot because it apparently "expired" which they NOW tell me about verbally and also told me it is written in the cancellation contract I signed (so read the fine print). I feel robbed of $70! The manager did not try to compromise and was very dry which is NOT how a business should treat a loyal customer (I canceled my membership but had every intention of scheduling massages with Perla as needed). They have guaranteed I will NEVER return as a customer and I will also tell all my friends to go with their competitor across the street MASSAGE ENVY. This review will go on every review site I can think of. I am beyond upset at the attitude of management and wish I never would have given this business my money!

I am very sorry to hear that the manager at this location did not explain to you that the prepaids do expire 30 days from the last draft date of the account. Because this was not explained I will place notes into your account allowing you the prepaid back to use for 30 days. Please note that when working with our system there is not much we can do, but I will honor the 30 day usage for you so you can come back and see Perla. Have a wonderful day!
