First, the therapist was 5 minutes late calling me back.
Second, it took another 3-5 minutes to talk about the treatment and get undressed and prepared.
Third, the therapist cut the massage short 5 minutes early.
That's 15 minutes deducted from the total time of 90 minutes that I was expected to pay full price for. I was not able to deduct 15 minutes worth of payment from the amount I owed for the treatment and I was also expected to tip.
If we are not able, as customers, to deduct money, or pay based on the number of minutes received, then you as a provider should not be able to willy nilly trim minutes off the amount of time that we actually pay for. The word for this is "FRAUD".
This is especially egregious since Massage Heights recently sent out an email talking about cancellation policy and how if you don't cancel within an acceptable window of time, you will be charged the full amount of the massage anyway. This, as a whole, is not acceptable.
The massage was decent, and the therapist targeted the areas we discussed. I would only recommend Massage Heights as a last resort place to get a massage because of the issues I've just listed. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
