I have been a customer since the Stone Oak location opened. I come once a week for a 90 minute massage. I am disturbed by the new price changes. I am penalized cost wise. I used to pay $59.99 for each of the 3 extra sessions. Now it is $74.99. This discourages me from coming once a week and ultimately affects your revenue. I understand having to adjust prices but if you honor foundation membership prices there should be the same consideration for the additional 30 minutes.. The therapist and location iare fantastic. I drive a considerable distance to come to this particular location and would like to continue doing so but this new prices give me pause.

Not only does Yvonne listen to me and work on the areas that are hurting, she is gentle when she is asked and I love the deep tissue work on my chronic areas.

She is cheerful always. She is prompt and she never rushes me.

The person who massaged me was great. I live in California and while my husband was in Texas with the air force he got me a year membership. Once the company charged the full year in one transaction I became upset. In California they told me I had to give a written conceit to stop them from charging me for another year on top of that. I only got 2 massages and had to cancel my card. Their are way to many options to deal with this. This is truly one of the worst ways to help people relax. Can't want to go to massage envy. Another one bites the dust.

Mmy massage therapist is awesome. From the very beginning, she made me feel very comfortable. I had never had a full body massage because I felt self conscious about being naked and for someone to massage my body. I did not feel uncomfortable with her and her massage made me feel great.

The place it's self was clean and nice. My massage was uncomfortable and kind of painful. I had to ask the lady 3-4 times to go softer. I felt very tender in the spots she was too hard on the next day. It was not relaxing at all.

It was a great experience! My therapist was caring and even stayed overtime to help me get the best massage for my needs. I have RA and needed extra work done on my feet.

I have known Tony for years. I feel very comfortable with him. He provides a very professional massage and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for having him as an employee. Sincerely yours, Mark D. James

First, the therapist was 5 minutes late calling me back.

Second, it took another 3-5 minutes to talk about the treatment and get undressed and prepared.

Third, the therapist cut the massage short 5 minutes early.

That's 15 minutes deducted from the total time of 90 minutes that I was expected to pay full price for. I was not able to deduct 15 minutes worth of payment from the amount I owed for the treatment and I was also expected to tip.

If we are not able, as customers, to deduct money, or pay based on the number of minutes received, then you as a provider should not be able to willy nilly trim minutes off the amount of time that we actually pay for. The word for this is "FRAUD".

This is especially egregious since Massage Heights recently sent out an email talking about cancellation policy and how if you don't cancel within an acceptable window of time, you will be charged the full amount of the massage anyway. This, as a whole, is not acceptable.

The massage was decent, and the therapist targeted the areas we discussed. I would only recommend Massage Heights as a last resort place to get a massage because of the issues I've just listed. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
