I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and Regina did a great job. My husband purchased the appointment for me as a gift and was quoted a certain price; however, when we paid I discovered there was an $15 up charge for Regina's services. I'm not upset about paying extra for her services but disappointed that no one mentioned this upcharge at the time of scheduling. It felt a little bait and switchy. While I enjoyed my experience I don't know if I would recommended services to my friends given the lack of transparency regarding the up charge.
