If you want fabulous hair, a chance to learn how to style it and care for your strands, then you have to go to Maxime! I love going to the salon because I always walk out feeling fantastic. This time I had my colorist (Kelly) up the intensity of my blond hair and I couldn't be happier! I love it! Then I needed a cut.Just a quick trim from my other stylist (Jen) and I felt transformed!

I love the atmosphere at the salon. Sitting at the color table you get to meet new people and chat while the colorist works on your hair. Fun music is playing and it's so upbeat!

My colorist suggested a few hair products to help maintain my color. They are never pushy about selling products, they really want to help you maintain the color and keep your hair healthy. I bought one of the styling products and I'm going back to buy the shampoo and conditioner as well. I have to keep these locks looking fab! Thank you to the girls at Maxime!

Ronite, Ashley and Kate took great care of me. They understand that what the customer wants is very important, but not at the expense of healthy hair.

So happy with my blowout that Kate did! I recently had minor surgery on my upper back and was unable to lift my arms to blowdry my hair. Kate did it for me and I love it! It was just what I needed! Thank you Kate!

I was surprised when I arrived for my appointment to be told that Jen, not Alena, would be cutting my hair. I was never asked if the "switch" was OK or given an explanation for the change. It felt like I was "bumped" for another more valued client or perhaps I said something to Alena on my last visit that was offensive to her. Maybe she dislikes me or my hair? I realize you work as a team but I think clients would appreciate being informed of changes prior to their arrival. Jen, of course, was wonderful and my hair looks great. I did thoroughly enjoyed the other surprise: Champagne to celebrate your Best of Boston Recognition.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to have a different hair stylist than the one I booked with. Fortunately, I had this stylist before, but it was somewhat uncomfortable when I was expecting one, then got another.
