Mayfield Family Medicine is dedicated to meeting your primary health care needs in a supportive, caring and private environment. I provide broad spectrum primary care to all ages, gender and health conditions. In an era when primary care providers are being merged into large organizations, I strive to provide you the individualized attention that can be difficult to provide a corporate setting.
My recommendations are based on the most recent scientific evidence available and is customized to your personal situation and preferences. I emphasize "whole person" including urgent health care conditions, preventive care and chronic disease management. I take an active role in coordinating care among your specialists.
