We have been very pleased with the excellent service we've received from each Dr. and Receptionist at Mount Carmel Animal Hospital. From fitting us in for our initial appointment when our dog was injured, to personal follow up calls from the doctors (sometimes on their day off), the care and attention to detail have been 5 Star. Treatment options are explained well and you are not rushed through any conversations. Our interactions at every touch-point with the Providers and Administrators at Mount Carmel Animal Hospital have been wonderful.

As frustrated as I am with the difficulty diagnosing my pet and the ongoing issues with her health since January, I feel the staff is very friendly and are trying their best.
