We had an emergency situation on a weekend (of course) with our puppy and Dr. Bailey was kind enough to review her situation, take her case on, and fix her up. I was impressed that doctor called me on a Sunday to give me an update on her procedure and how she was doing. He made me feel reassured that our family pet was getting the best care possible and this was the best treatment option for her injury for both the short term and long term of our pet. When we came to pick her up the staff was kind, and reassuring. Dr. Bailey again gave his time and sat down with us, reviewed xrays, labs, and next steps of the treatment plan. I am humbled and greatful Dr. Bailey took the time for our family and feel confident that if anytime during this healing process that if I need help or have questions this office, staff, and/or doctor will be there to assist us. This office works as team and it shows. A BIG THANK YOU!

Thank you for your review and your compliments. We price our retail items (food, flea preventatives, leashes, etc.) at or below the average internet costs because we A) we don't want you to have to go through the trouble when you can just get it while here, B) most manufacturer will only guarantee their product when sold through a veterinarian. Occasionally websites will have temporary deals that are so low that we can't match, but we have to question the integrity of that product in those cases.
