While the majority if the staff and the Dr. are fantastic, the changes in office management style left me feeling unimportant. When I had a question about my insurance, I was treated as if it was a huge inconvenience for me to ask any questions. I have been a patient for a while and never have I left feeling as I did recently. Furthermore, a few weeks before my appointment, I waited for more than a week for a follow up phone call that never came. It feels like the business management staff care less about the patients than they used to, and the customer service was average at best. I hope the changes in the management smooth out in the future. However, the Dr. and his assistants are excellent!
