Josh, and later an additional technician, were very professional and knowledgeable. The section of duct that was replaced did disturb another adjacent pieces of duct allowing air to escape. This was discovered by me after the work was performed. I thought that was the condition prior to the work, but upon seeing the dropedp ceiling (also adjacent to the removed duct) was out of place by about an inch, I realized that the second duct section was disturbed when it was connected. Josh then taped the connection so that it was not a problem. The only negative was that it was discovered by me not the techs. I found prices to be higher than other HVAC companies, but the work was done well.

Always satisfied with their work. All the guys are friendly and informative. Nick was just here for a toilet repair and was concerned enough to mention a problem with my floor in the bathroom which I was aware of but it was nice he was concerned enough to mention.
