I called my regular company and they could not fit me in. Called mcQuade then cancelled because I thought my issue was fixed. Called back at 3:00PM to schedule again as my A/C was still not working properly and they were here same day before 5:00PM. Very knowledgeable and educated me on my system. Great service !

I got a complaint from my tenant stating that the air conditioner was not working properly. Since I was out of town and reached out to McQuade by googling the net. Their staff understood the situation and helped me out immediately. The tech. solved the issue in less than an hours time.
