We were at the office to get a field of vision study for my wife. The test was done and my wife felt the technician did a wonderful job. We were then told that the doctor was not there and we would have to come back for the results. We were there but the doctor was not. Now we have to wait for a phone call to set up a return appointment. Fortunately we live close by. Still we now have to wait for the call and set up some time to return. This was done at the convenience of the office, with out thinking of the patient.
