I was looking for a quick oil change before a trip and they were able to get me in right away. Customer service was great, the price was reasonable and there was a play area for my two year old. After I paid I asked the man at the service desk if he happened to know how to reset a door code on my car and he took the extra time to look it up, dig through my glove box to find the factory code and give me instructions on how to reset it. Will definitely be back. To me service is everything, I appreciate when people care about what they do.

The sales person at the desk was disrespectful and rude. His goal was to just to sell me anything that he could. I came for a simple oil change and it lasted over 1 hour. He was talking to another worker about meeting their financial goal of the day. He even tried to get a lady costumer to fix what was not needed and she told him that she has another choice. How did i know, because while sitting there, he told his co-worker that he wanted to get that account and that could have helped meet their target.


My truck is now making noises that were not there before.

I am sorry you felt disrespected during your visit. My philosophy in running the shop is to thoroughly inspect each vehicle that comes in and give an honest and transparent estimate of condition. This is done by taking the Customer to the car and showing them any issues or with pictures. I am curious how you would "know" what was needed or not on her car? We quote the manufacturer recommended maintenance for the vehicles mileage and the cost. Then the Customer decides what they want to do and can afford. And yes, like any business we do have sales targets, but we always put Customers before sales.

I was there to have a required inspection of my vehicle I use for rideshare services. I drive for both Uber and Lyft. This entailed them performing one physical inspection of my vehicle and then filling out two separate inspection forms, one for Uber and one for Lyft. Even though they only inspected my vehicle once, I was charged $18.95 for the Uber inspection and $29.95 for the Lyft inspection. In other words, I paid $29.95 to have a one page form filled out that took all of two minutes to complete at the most. To heap insult on top of injury, I had my vehicle inspected at the same location last year. They completed both forms for $20.02. This year cost me $51.
