Originally I found this Meineke through the Uber Driver App, and now my husband and I both have had our Fords serviced there. We have complete confidence in the mechanics. The communication is excellent, and the pricing extremely competitive. We bailed on our local Ford dealership service center in favor of Mike and Ana's team at Meineke. Nice people doing an awesome job.

I am sorry you felt disrespected during your visit. My philosophy in running the shop is to thoroughly inspect each vehicle that comes in and give an honest and transparent estimate of condition. This is done by taking the Customer to the car and showing them any issues or with pictures. I am curious how you would "know" what was needed or not on her car? We quote the manufacturer recommended maintenance for the vehicles mileage and the cost. Then the Customer decides what they want to do and can afford. And yes, like any business we do have sales targets, but we always put Customers before sales.
