The sales person at the desk was disrespectful and rude. His goal was to just to sell me anything that he could. I came for a simple oil change and it lasted over 1 hour. He was talking to another worker about meeting their financial goal of the day. He even tried to get a lady costumer to fix what was not needed and she told him that she has another choice. How did i know, because while sitting there, he told his co-worker that he wanted to get that account and that could have helped meet their target.

I am sorry you felt disrespected during your visit. My philosophy in running the shop is to thoroughly inspect each vehicle that comes in and give an honest and transparent estimate of condition. This is done by taking the Customer to the car and showing them any issues or with pictures. I am curious how you would "know" what was needed or not on her car? We quote the manufacturer recommended maintenance for the vehicles mileage and the cost. Then the Customer decides what they want to do and can afford. And yes, like any business we do have sales targets, but we always put Customers before sales.
