Unfurtunatly my experience was not good. My hairdresser has lift Meori Salon. When I called for appt. I was suggested to try another hairdresser. When I asked about the new hairdresser`s charges, I was told the charge wil be the same. Well, that was not a true statement. When I explained how much I used to pay. I was told by the receptionist that everone has different price list. I really want to know why the the price of a toner is different for each person. What speciaty that requires. If you do it right in first place, you do not have to tone it. Anyway, even with the toner I did not get the color I asked far. She did not watch it closely. Someone else did that I did not talk to about how my high lights suppose to be. Or how light or dark I want it. She decided and washed my hair. I work hard for my money and was not prepare to pay that much for something that I was not happy about. I experienced a bad customer service and I suggest: Do not promise something you cannot keep. It is deceiving and bad customer service and not good for your business.
