DOESN'T THE LANDLORD SEE THE BENEFIT IN KEEPING A GRACIOUS, SCRUMPCIOUSLY CLEAN, STYLISH BUSINESS IN THIS BUILDING?

Douglas needs to work on his professionalism and the way he treats clients. I simply wanted his opinion on how much I should cut off when I told him I was nervous about cutting too much off though I knew I needed it. He got frustrated and said,"Girl, you're killing me here". On top of that he was rude and his patience was obviously short. May need to remind him he's in a service industry, and he needs to practice patience and zero attitude with clients.
