We thank you greatly for your review. We appreciate the honesty of our customers, as this helps our company know the areas of improvement.
To address your concerns and issues experienced, during our peak service times, our office personnel can not schedule specific time appointments and should have advised you that a technician will respond to your service needs between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm - and possibly after 5:00 pm depending on the service calls received that day. The technician should have called you before going to your home. We greatly apologize if this did not happen.
As for the technician needing to leave to get parts, our technicians carry a wide variety of parts on our service vans and vehicles; however, some parts we don't stock due to the infrequent amount of replacement.
At any rate, we are not excusing any problems that you encountered. We are a growing company and value all of our customers and try to resolve all issues immediately. Again, thank you for your business and your honest review.
