Your company is slipping in customer relations. Your lobby is impersonal and your recommendations are impersonal, "take it or leave it". I just get text messages with a website to go to. No phone call, no discussion of necessities. I felt like I was a bother in your lobby. I know Covid is the "go to" for any blame or inconvenience, but I don't think that is the case here. I am a 40 year customer, so I have a long reference base.

Have been here twice so far and each time has been a timely and efficient service. They do great work and are very flexible with appointments. I’ve had them replace the emblems on my car and am also having them replace the front grille next week with a custom one I have. I also brought my car and my partners car for an oil change and regular servicing. When I told them I was bringing my car after my partners car was done they made sure to be quick since they knew I was gonna be coming back with another car right after.

Very professional staff, highly skilled technicians, very proactive. Had a bad vibration in my SUV that my former shop had not been able to correct. Michael's spent several hours and several road tests on the issue, located the problem and fixed it. They charged me only $55, the cost of a standard tire balance,

This 'garage' is excellent! The office staff is congenial and knowledgeable. A thorough evaluation and diagnosis is done; it's even available with trouble spot photos and explanations. Of course, one has the option to agree to the service and repairs available. My last servicing was on 3/29/21, I was informed of my CRV's issues by the staff and online, I conferred with them, gave approval of the repairs and servicing, and was able to retrieve my car on 3/30. I appreciate the lack of the 'hard sell' and the explanations and photos of damages prior to repairs. I have been a customer since the 1990s; Michael and his staff have

maintained my two Hondas; my 1993 Honda Accord wagon (up to 197,000 miles) and my CRV (166,000 miles).

I do miss seeing Michael around and the yearly calendars!!

I thought I grossly overfilled the engine oil and had it towed in to get checked as it can ruin an engine. Turned out it was just the way the oil stick slides in and out that catches some of the oil making it look like I overfilled it. It took 1/2 hr to check that (way longer than expected) and I wished I had been offered the choice to just change the oil instead as it was cheaper. A plus is the customer service I received.
