He is very kind, friendly, efficient, professional, down to earth, and excellent in his work. He was recommended to me a few years ago by a former coworker, I would recommend him and the the staff to the world.

I had problems with my new glasses. The issue was with the prescription. They were awesome! Acknowledged that new lenses would have to be made. Everyone I came into contact with said we will make this right with a smile and an apology! Great experience and staff!

Had an excellent visit today for an eye checkup. I had a very short wait. I was surprised to have a trained tech do the refraction check, but she did a great job. I have a minor health issue that can make an RX a challenge, but Dr. Sonnenburg was quite thorough. He had no worries about what his examination found, and we agreed on a glasses solution for this year that was low cost. He was wearing a mask, which I really appreciated.
When I reached the desk, the admin had taken care of the exam with my insurance, so I paid for my refraction session. Good until my postcard arrives next year for an update. Definitely recommend.

Didn’t have to wait very long, Savanah my Assistant, was smart and efficient. Dr. Sonneberg was focused and informative. I was reassured about my vision acuity and eye health.
