I called at 10am on a Thursday and the manager said this was a slow period. I dropped off my Lexus for 70K maintenance at 11AM. I arrived at 5:30pm to pick up the car and learned the store was short-handed. I did not leave until 7:00pm, a full hour after the store closing time.
Everyone was pleasant, goal-oriented, and professional. But since the work was rushed, it left me with the uneasy feeling that something might have been missed. For example, I don't know how to confirm the transaxle fluid was changed even though I paid for this work.
