Dr. Arnold took her time to explain absolutely everything to me as far as my vision changes, my long term healthcare concerns, and the overall health of my eyes. She was courteous, personable, and made sure I understood exactly what's going on with my vision and why. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had all of the necessary paperwork an entire month ahead of my appointment, so I had it completed long before I walked in the door. Since I abhor contact lenses, a very nice woman spent over an hour with me helping me choose the exact pair of glasses I wanted, looked amazing, and would work for my vision conditions.
