Poor customer service. Office is unable to resolve issues with customer over poor quailty of eye ware, forcing customer to seek legal action.
Middle Creek Eye Center replied:
After providing customer service over a 2 month period, our office went out of our way to replace eye ware that was not even defective. The plastic at the end of the temples are suppose to be slightly loose. Regrettably, our office was not able to have the patient understand and is sadden that this patient had a poor experience
