Always good experiences since 1986 when we began using Middleton Vet. Hospital upon our move to the area. Despite the COVID pandemic and some staff shortages, the level of personal responsive care has remained high.
My stylist Jamie was fantastic as always. But the receptionist there was bit of rude. She had an attitude. I gave my credit card details prior to appointment so when I bought a product I asked her to put it on card, her response was not clear that on file cards cant be charged for products. I had to ask her 5 questions to understand the situation better but all she did was stare at me with a straight face and honestly she spoiled my mood and whole day. I hope I dont have to deal with her again.
Cory did a great job. I’ve never had her before but she was friendly and personable as well as professional at her work. And the front desk was great . When I accidentally bumped a nail polish and sent it flying to the floor a couple people jumped in immediately to clean it up and assure me that it was fine and I wasn’t the first to have done that. Unfortunately I don’t know their names but they were fabulous in both a quick reaction and making me feel better. Too bad in all the commotion I accidentally left the mail polish that I had actually chosen to take home on the counter!
