The staff is excellent and very friendly! The hygienist explained everything she was doing while cleaning my teeth. The dentist was great with my two year as well!

The staff at the Hutchinson office are wonderful however we have had ongoing problem with the billing from Midwest Dental itself. We were initially overcharged for a service almost a year ago. The Hutchinson office recognizes we were overcharged and continues to submit for us to get a refund from the main office. Here we are nine months later and they still have not issued us a refund despite being constantly reminded. I don 't know if they are dishonest in keeping the money they owe us or they are inept in knowing proper billing practices. Either way our experience with Midwest Dental has been frustrating and our friends and family that hear of our experience seem equally appalled.
