very disappointed in Made in Japan. We originally brought our car in for a clutch and a couple oil leaks. They charged hundreds more than the dealer would have and after 5 months of a horrible ordeal, gaskets, seals, bolts missing etc, timing belt put on wrong, car running terrible, finally had to take to the dealer to have most of Made In Japans work re-done. We found them to be dishonest and incompetent and way more expensive than the dealer

After requesting countless times, in writing, clicking "unsubscribe", and calling the shop. This outfit refuses to take me off and keep me off their SPAM list. Even though I have left the state in which this company operates over 6 years ago, they continue to send me unwanted emails. They seem to have such low regard for their customers (or have the world's most inept marketing company) that it is ridiculous

I have an older car (1995 Lexus). The Made in Japan team is keeping my car in good running order of which I am very glad because I can't afford to buy another car in this economy!
