Dr. Martin is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He also has a very calming demeanor and a nice touch. He is considerate of his patients and uses state of the art equipment and techniques. He has really helped me get to the level of dental health that I have been striving for. He is definitely the dentist that I have been looking for.

We are glad you enjoyed the view! We'd like to assure you that our xray technology is state of the art and digital. We are able to take individual full mouth xrays that show much greater detail (so we can diagnosis cavities and other dental issues more accurately) than a panoramic or cone beam xray. The reference to our "old" x-ray machine is possibly because a lot of people have the belief that the panoramic or cone beam xray machines are "newer". These machines are new, but they also produce a view of with less detail and more radiation exposure than a digital full mouth series. What you really want to avoid in a dental office is "old" xray technology that many offices still hand onto, that of film xrays that are chemically developed. These "really old" xrays are not only more radiation to you, but they cannot be duplicated and kept in your records in a digital format.
