I'm encouraged to have more options for improving my vision than the other specialists I visited. Friendly and efficient office. I've had eye disease that's required state of the art treatment my entire life and I rate this as excellent care and services.
As soon as I met Dr. Richheimer, I felt at ease when he performed Lasik on my husband; so he became my eye doctor right then & there. Wouldn't want anyone else operating on the eyes in my family. And now I've been seeing Dr. Brown in the office & again, that trust & ease are there. Mile High Eye Institute is THE place for all your sight concerns!
I required a new prescription for bi-focal glasses. Doctor Brown was very thorough and provided additional tests to verify a recent assessment by a retina specialist. It is good to know that Doctor Richheimer , who has previously provided my Cataract surgery for both eyes is there to take care of any further conditions. A very kind and welcoming practice with prompt service at the appointed time.
Great professional care from the doctors and ALL staff! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a mistake made when charging my copay. I had to call the office to get it corrected. If someone had called me instead to draw my attention to it, I'd definitely have given 5.
Dr. Brown is always thorough, considerate, and professional. He takes the time to answer my questions and suggest things that might help with my scleral lenses. I have recommended MHEI to several others.
My brother & sister-in-law (Dutch & Karel Drehle) were absolutely right in directing me to best there is in the area for my up coming cataract surgery. From the moment I stepped off the elevator & was greeted with a bright smile & happy attitude to meeting Dr. Richheimer whom was not only professional but had a great Smile as well as all the staff that I meet after my exam....Thank-you for making me feel comfortable in this doctors office.

Would NEVER consider another dentist or dental office.
