They took almost 1 full week to do a job that should have taken only up to 1 day. But, that wasn't the problem -- the issue stemmed from their total lack of communication in updating me as to the status of the service. Then on the morning I was supposed to pick my vehicle up after explaining my time crunch for that day in advance, it was parked on the side street and there was no sense of urgency while I waited. The service seemed okay, minus the undercarriage noise that I thought was being addressed with the fix. I was able to meet a mechanic at a later time for that to be taken care of. All in all, a very subpar experience.
