I had a very poor, unpleasant dental cleaning from Mint that lasted about 5 minutes. During my exam, the dentist never addressed me directly and was extremely patronizing and rude to me. Not only that, the dentist said he found 3 cavities and that I'd need a root canal, and scheduled me to have all the work done at once. I decided to go to an endodontist and start seeing a dentist that they recommended instead just a few weeks later. Well, it turned out that there weren't 3 cavities, there were 11. That makes 8 cavities that the dentist at Mint missed. In addition to wanting to do some rather suspect dental work all at once. Almost 6 months after my cleaning and exam, Mint decided to claim an additional $1000 from my dental insurance for my cleaning and x-rays, so I had to pay an extra $1000 for dental work that I'd already gotten done at a different dental office.
