The entire staff is very impressive. Very caring, Very thorough, Very sensitive to the patients needs and like Dr. Smith himself are articulate, creative, never condescending, incredibly understanding. I truely believe they go the extra mile to provide a service to their patients - no cookie cutter solutions here. I feel as though the solutions they developed were for me, unique to my needs, distinct for my condition. I felt so much like a part of a team of powerful specialist all working to solve a problem. I have been included in every facet of developing the solution, aided by respectful, responsible and incredibly skilled individuals. I barely felt like a patient. The entire experience has been respectful and rewarding. My congratulations to Dr. Smith and his wonderful team of professionals - together you have restored my faith in service as a business
